SOFTWARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

1.1. These software terms and conditions ("TCs") govern your access to and use of the proprietary software developed and owned by Dreamtec ("Software") accessible through the mobile application ("App").

1.2. By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these TCs.

1.3. If you do not agree to these TCs, you may not use the Software.

Use of the Software

2.1. The Software is licensed to you, not sold, for use solely in conjunction with the App.

2.2. You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TCs.

2.3. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Software is at your own risk.

2.4. Dreamtec shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the

Software. Indemnification

3.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Dreamtec and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.

Communications

4.1. By using the App, you consent to receive communications from Dreamtec related to the Software and the App.

 4.2. Dreamtec may communicate with you through email, push notifications, or other means.

Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. Dreamtec complies with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act ("POPIA") and the Google Play Store's Privacy Policy requirements.

5.2. Dreamtec may collect and use personal data and other information from you in connection with your use of the Software and the App.

5.3. Dreamtec will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.

Intellectual Property

6.1. The Software is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the Software or any part of it, except as expressly permitted in these TCs.

6.3. Dreamtec retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

Termination

7.1. Dreamtec may terminate these TCs and your access to the Software at any time and for any reason.

7.2. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your devices. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These TCs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

8.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these TCs shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Entire Agreement

9.1. These TCs constitute the entire agreement between you and Dreamtec with respect to your use of the Software and the App.

9.2. These TCs supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Amendments

10.1. Dreamtec may amend these TCs at any time by posting the amended TCs on the App.

10.2. Your continued use of the Software after the posting of the amended TCs constitutes your acceptance of the amended TCs.
